An aquatic planet on the edge of the Milky Way, Rulffat had a bluish-white color. The few floating cities that blemished its pristine surface were built on the surface of the ocean as both residents and trade outposts, which were a key part of the economy.
Like other planets the Sudeer maintain a Star Gate for off-world travel and trade. However rather than have it on the planet it is secured in the Sudeer Shipyards under heavy guard.
